TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings 

• Founder members may book 16 days in advance.

• Full members may book 14 days in advance.

• Midweek members may book 14 days in advance for weekdays & Sun PM and 2 days in advance for weekends.

• Visitors may book 14 days in advance for weekdays and 2 days in advance for weekends. • Visitors will be required to book and pay online.

• Schools must be booked through the club master app and the person making the booking will be accountable.

• Schools can book a maximum of 12 players each.

• Saturday mornings: slots to be open for visitors if not filled by members.

• Saturday guests: (Currently one guest per fourball).

• 48hour cancellation policy.

• The golf committee to verify no shows due to weather conditions.

• Members will be invoiced for no shows.

• An appeal can be made to the golf committee within 1 week of receiving the penalty notice.

• Membership will be suspended if payment from date of penalty notice is not received within 2 weeks unless appeal is in process.

Membership

• Members are urged to take great care in completing the membership forms and to read through the specific requirements laid out therein.
• Each Member of the club is bound by the Club Rules, Code of Conduct and all Club By-laws, which are available on the website.
• By completing the Membership application form and submitting to the Club, you are consenting to Eagle Canyon Country Club (‘the Club”) collecting and storing certain personal information about you (the minimum needed to conduct the administration of this Club). Please be assured that this Club is fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”) regarding how we collect personal information, why we collect it, what it is used for and how it is stored. Please feel free to request to see the Club’s POPIA Policy.
• Your personal information shall not be shared with any third party whatsoever, save for the GolfRSA approved Handicaps Network Africa handicap service provider (“HNA”), who is fully POPIA compliant. Your personal information may be used to provide you with a newsletter from the Club from which you may always unsubscribe. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must consent to you joining this Club and providing the required personal information.
